Warrant Officer Webb completed 36 Course at 1 W.A.G.S, he then went on to 3 BAGS, 1 AOS, 1OTU, then to serve on Beauforts in 6 Squadron between May and July 1944. For the rest of the war he was posted to 15 Aircraft Repair Depot at Port Moresby as part of a test crew. Photo and transcription from logbook at 1 W.A.G.S was provided by the son of Gordon Webb, Keith Webb. Keith has interviewed more than 650 veterans as part of the Temora Aviation Musuem Unsung Heros Project and is currently working with the Air Force History and Heritage Branch doing more video stories of veterans experiences.
