CLARKE, Harold George

Previous service 5th Battn. F/O Harold George Clarke flew at least seven raids over enemy territory before he was shot down. After one such raid Clarke made an emergency landing over Devon, being out of fuel and his plane damaged. Harold was badly injured and died in hospital the next day. Others in the crew were also injured.
