FOOTE, Arthur James

Plane was a Wellington X9905 which was to carry out a night cross country exercise after taking off from RAF Steeple Morden. The weather conditions were poor and the Wellington crashed on the Harrow Green School in Corn Way, London- killing all the six crew and five civilian Air Raid Precaution Rescue Staff that were based in the building.
